Loyalty
Our first core value is loyalty. As students of the martial art, we must all learn how to be committed to our gym, coach, and professor. We must all be devoted to one another for the cause of the group and the martial art.

Having a source of motivation is the recipe for success in our students’ life. An activity like BJJ gets them active, improves their mood, and helps them feel accomplished. Not to mention, Jiu Jitsu improves students’ performance in all aspects of their lives. When teaching our values we aim to create an environment where every single student can accomplish their goals – whatever they may be.

Our second core value is respect. It’s important that we treat one another equal with dignity and respect. We must respect the rank and wisdom within the organization. We’re responsible as students and leaders to hold one another accountable.
Our last core value is honor. As a student of this martial art it’s important we honor tradition and the great leaders that have come before us. You represent an organization with traditions and customs long carried on by our predecessors.
